Orbital Shaking Incubator: Cooling
- Orbital Shaking Incubators are specifically designed to have combined advantage of closely controlled incubation with orbital shaking applications required in fermentation studies, tissue cultures, enzyme reactions, life science and biotechnology research labs.
- Double Walled construction, Inner chamber made of Stainless steel 304 grade & Outer CRCA Steel - Powder coat finished.
- Units are highly insulated with compressed Glass wool between the walls to minimize the heat exchange.
- A key lockable insulated door having magnetic gasket seals door gaps perfectly.
- Toughened glass window allows clear observation of specimens.
- Illumination lamp fitted for clear visibility.
- Mechanical convection system (Motorized Blower) ensures even air distribution within the chamber.
- Heating by long life SS air heaters.
- Cooling is done by hermetically sealed Emerson Copland make compressor utilizing CFC Free R-134 A refrigerant.
- Temperature Range: 5° C to 60° C.
- . Temperature Controlled by Dual display Microprocessor based PID Temperature Controller & PT - 100 sensors with +/- 0.5° C Accuracy.
- Digital Timer of 999 Minutes for timed shaking with audio visual alarm.
- Shaking mechanism comprises of Variable speed PMDC geared Motor.
- Shaking amplitude: 25 MM.
- Shaking speed can be controlled by means of Digital RPM Indicator cum Controller between 20 RPM to 250 RPM.
- Universal Platform to accommodate interchangeable lotus clamps of assorted sizes for different capacity of flasks.
- Adjustable & removable S.S. Rod shelves for Holding Petri Dishes & Flasks.
- Operates on 230 Volts AC Single phase 50 Hz.
Safety Features:
- Redundant high temperature safety system automatically cuts-off power to heaters if temperature exceeds 70oC.
- Overload protection relay & time delay for compressor
